By using documentary, mathematical statistics and logic analysis to analyze the swimming competition of the 17th World Swimming Championship, the results show that the holistic feature of the competitive achievements of the 17th World Swimming Championship demonstrates “declining increase” pattern, that there is significant feature of imbalanced competitive force in the world swimming competition, that the United States is dominant and her advantage continues to enlarge, the advantageous country of Europe changed and demonstrated significant hundred schools strive, and that China stably became a powerful chief. Although China’s holistic achievement declined, each item bloomed, Chinese sportswomen showed their mien and the total competence is better than that of Japan.
