With the continuous development of Internet applications， the security problem of network personal information is becoming more and more serious. As an important network resource， personal information needs both rational use and effective security protection. For the characteristics of multiple subjects and dynamics in the usage control of personal information， the UCONABC （Usage Control Authorizations，Obligations and Conditions） model is introduced. By subdividing the attributes of the subject and object， this paper designs a multiagent collaborative usage control model for network personal information based on the strategy of UCONABC. Furthermore， this article gives two types scheme of usage control. These work can provide a new proposal for the usage control of network personal information.
