By using questionnaire， mathematical statistical method and so on， by taking the students from four colleges of Chongqing for specific basketball selection as research and testing object， this paper analyzes the problems and insufficiency existed in the test and in the implementation of basketball specific selection teaching， sets up an scenario of overall basketball specific examination and evaluation system， and through this specific research on the construction and innovation of evaluation system for college basketball specific skills， finds some popular problems in examination contents， examination method， guidance ideas， overlooking the subjectivity of students in physical education learning， and so on， based on that， this paper gives suggestion that a set of comprehensive and hierarchical scientific examination and evaluation system by taking basketball specific skills as the center should be established by using specific basketball skills test data.
