    摘要:

    为了解重庆市高校体育教师的组织承诺现状以及在不同人口属性上的组织承诺差异,采用编制的高校体育教师组织承诺问卷对重庆市普通高校的139名体育教师进行了问卷调查,然后运用SPSS19.0统计软件进行了统计分析;结果显示:男女教师除了在学校认同层面存在显著性差异外,在总体组织承诺以及其他层面上差异不显著;不同教龄和不同学历/学位的高校体育教师在组织承诺以及各层面上表现出非常显著的差异,不同教育背景的教师除了在学校认同层面存在显著性差异外,在总体组织承诺以及其他层面上差异不显著。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the status quo of the organizational commitment of physical education (PE) teachers in Chongqings colleges and universities and organization commitment differences at different demographic attributes, this paper uses the organizational commitment questionnaire for college PE teachers to conduct questionnaire survey on 139 PE teachers in Chongqings general colleges and universities and uses SPSS19.0 statistical software to make statistical analysis. The results show that there is significant difference at school identity between male and female teachers, in addition, there is insignificant difference at organizational commitment level and other levels between the teachers, that there is much significant difference in organizational commitment between the PE teachers at different ages and at different education levels, that there is significant difference in school identity between PE teachers at different education background , however, there is insignificant difference in overall organizational commitment and other levels between the PE teachers.
