In order to get ranking vector of the intuitionistic fuzzy preference， an intuitionistic fuzzy ranking vector calculation method based on DEA and target programming is proposed. The derivation matrix of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relational is developed. Based on this， we build a benevolent cross efficiency DEA model to get the membership degree of ranking vector， which is based on the interactive evaluation between alternatives of intuitionistic fuzzy preference relation. Further， taking into account the internal relation between membership degree and nonmembership degree， we develop a goal programming model which can obtain the nonmembership degree of ranking vector. Finally， the case study shows that the proposed method， which can effectively avoid information losing， does not need consistency adjustment and is of high reliability and wide applicability.
