Abstract:According to the characteristics such as subjectivity, multi-level, difficult quantification and so on, gray analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is proposed to evaluate the omnichannel operation ability of retail enterprises, the evaluation model for omnichannel operation capacity for retail enterprises is constructed from such five aspects as innovative capacity, information system service capacity, supply chain collaboration capacity, capital operation capacity and risk management and control capacity, furthermore, the AHP is used to determine indicator weight and gray systematic theory is used to calculate the final evaluation results. Through the example analysis of omni-channel operation capacity for retail enterprise A, we find the deficiencies and point out the future development direction for omni-channel operation construction of retail enterprise A.
