According to that attribute value is hesitant fuzzy information，the known attribute association multiple attribute decisionmaking problems are studied.This paper firstly introduces measure function，reference dependence and loss aversion behavior to compare the advantages and disadvantages between the two schemes relative to the reference point for each attribute，constructs returnloss matrix of the scheme under each attribute，calculates the individual perception dominance of the scheme according to the basic idea of Choquet integral and TODIM method，based on this，calculates overall perception dominance of the candidate scheme，then sorts the program，and finally verifies the feasibility and validity of this method through a numerical example.
