    摘要:

    针对网球课堂传统程序化训练模式,提出阶段式训练的观点,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法等,以重庆工商大学学生为调查和实验对象,根据网球运动技术技能形成所要经历的不同阶段,即泛化、分化、自动化3个阶段进行阶段式训练实验。实验研究的结果说明:在高校学生网球技能形成的不同阶段,采用针对性的训练技巧与方法,不仅可以有效培养学生对网球运动技能的学习兴趣,提高学生对网球运动技能的学习效率,而且还可以更好地提高网球训练质量,推动高校网球训练的顺利开展。

    Abstract:

    According to the traditional programming training model in tennis classroom, the stage training view is put forward. By using literature and materials, questionnaire, data statistics method and so on, this paper takes Chongqing Technology and Business University as survey and experiment sample, and uses stage training experiment based on different stages for tennis skill formation such as generalization, differentiation and automation. The experiment research results indicate that in different stages for college students to form tennis skills, the use of different training skills and methods can not only effectively cultivate the interesting of college students in learning tennis skills to boost learning efficiency of the students in tennis skills training but also can better promote the training quality of tennis training in colleges and universities to push forward the smoothly training of the tennis in colleges and universities.
