Abstract:In order to meet the requirement of textile enterprise on the bobbin sorting system, increase the sorting accuracy, realtime and intelligent degree, an embedded tube multicolor sorting control system is studied and designed from chip selection, hardware design, software design and optimization. ARM cortexM4 architecture is chosen as the core, STM32F407VG as control chip, and introduction of the system design is given in detail. Adaptive filtering method, the color identification and sorting algorithm of bobbin based on RGB information are mainly studied. A practical manmachine interface is developed based on the LabVIEW 2014. The results show that removing tube can be realized, empty bobbin will be automatically sorted according to color and reducers straighten out. Empty bobbin sorting accuracy is close to 99%. Bobbin eliminating accuracy is close to 98%. Running speed is 180 per minute.
