There is an objective dynamic correlation between land use and ecoenvironment. Based on the data during 2003—2012, this paper constructs coupling development model of land use and ecoenvironment of Chongqing City and analyzes its coupling dynamic state. The results show that the land use level and ecoenvironment return of Chongqing City demonstrate the rising trend during the studying stage, that the latter rise is more significant, the coupling development degree between land use level and ecoenvironment return rises year by year and undergoes four stages such as primary, middle, good and excellent development and in the future, land use extent can be properly strengthened.
