摘要:

针对正态总体情形，给出总体标准差的两个新的无偏估计量，并且证明了这两个估计量具有相合性与渐近方差为零的性质，最后对于其中结构较繁琐的估计量给出它的简化计算公式.

Abstract:

In view of the normal population situation, this paper proposed two new unbiased estimators of standard deviation, and proved that these two estimators had the properties of consistency and asymptotic variance was zero. Finally, one of the estimators with the complicated structure was presented for a simplified calculation formula.
