    摘要:

    以STM32F103C8T6单片机为核心控制器,设计了USB接口的直流稳压充电器;系统以高效率的TPS5430为稳压电源,以低功耗、高精度的INA128P为放大电路,利用STM32F103C8T6内部集成高速A/D采集充电电压和电流;实验结果表明:充电器能实现5 V和2 A的最大充电电流输出,并在LCD12864上实时显示电压、电流及功率,同时设置了过载和过压欠压保护,具有较高的实用价值。

    Abstract:

    It is based on corecontrolling chip of STM32F103C8T6 MCU to design a DC voltage charger with USB interface. The system uses the integrated high speed A/D inside STM32F103C8T6 to collect the charge voltage and current with high efficiency of TPS5430 as the power supply, low power consumption, high accuracy of the INA128P as the amplifying circuit. The test results prove that the charger can achieve 5 V, 2 A maximum charging current output and realtime display on LCD 12864 in a dynamic way. The charger is also equipped with the overload and overvoltage undervoltage protection. So the charger has high practical value.
