Community sports public service system is the premise to ensure national fitness, is a forceful measure to build harmonious and welloff society and is even the helpful and necessary factor for future social prosperity, harmony and scientific development of China. By reading literature, spot survey, interview and so on, this paper makes comprehensive analysis of present community sports public service system, finds some existed problems, and primarily makes rational community sports public service strategy by further analyzing responsibility division of management center, social service consciousness formation, inner sports equipment allocation in a community, sports resources share, service procedure integration and so on.
