This paper analyzes the current situation and the main reason for the difficulty in taking a taxi in urban transport,presents some subsidy schemes based on taxi services software for several difficult circumstances,gives a profitdriven motivation mechanism with drivers not refusing to take passengers,a best solution model was established for the first time for subsidies of taxi drivers in four circumstances and solves practical problems of difficulty in taxi taking quantitatively and effectively.
