按先设定初始等级，再动态分配名额到各初始等级，最后确定等级分配奖金的步骤，提出了基于约束极值的奖金按等级分配模型，并给出了相应的算法.

Abstract:

Firstly, an initial grade is set; secondly, the quota is dynamically allocated to each initial grade; finally bonus is allocated by grades.Based on the process, this paper proposes a model of graded bonus allocation and gives the algorithm.
