    摘要:

    通过对露天采石场安全评价的深入研究,从安全管理和安全生产系统进行分析,构建露天采石场安全评价体系。基于物元理论、可拓集合论和关联度函数建立可拓综合评价模型,利用层次分析法确定其权重,计算评价对象的综合关联度,从而评定其安全等级。该方法通过定性和定量评价相结合可以避免评价的主观性,并且能够更准确地评价露天采石场的安全等级及其倾向性。通过实例分析表明该方法的评价结果与实际情况符合较好,计算简单,具有较好的实用性。

    Abstract:

    From in-depth study of the quarry safety evaluation and analysis from security management and production system to build a quarry safety evaluation system. To establish Extension comprehensive evaluation model based on matter element theory, extension set theory and the associated function. Using AHP to determine the right and calculated evaluation object associated degrees to assess the level of security. By a combination of qualitative and quantitative evaluation ,this?method can avoid the subjectivity, and it can be more accurate evaluation of the level of safety of the quarry and its orientation. A case study shows that the method of evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation is better, the calculation is simple and with good practice.
