In order to realize the leaping development of Lianyungang tourism，tourism?resource?optimizing?combination?and?reasonable?exploitation?base?on?the?premise?that?tourism?resource?is?evaluated?scientifically.?Through?field?survey?and?data?analysis,?the?evaluation system of seashore tourism resource is established by means of AHP and Delphi, which is based on its characteristics. The weighing, score value and comprehensive score value of evaluation factors are gained, and finally quantitative evaluation of Lianyungang seashore tourism resources is realized through hierarchies. Results show that Lianyungang tourism resources have its uniqueness and scenic spots have high grade, natural environment is protected well, its whole level is higher, all which make it have a broad tourist market. However due to the influence of current development intensity and depth, its attraction is for domestic and have high development potential.
