The process time of the complicated project is always uncertain. This paper tries to make a scientific and reasonable analysis for the complicated project by the β distribution and normal distribution; then find out the key routine combined with the overall planning chart; and at last make sure to complete the project with the largest probability within the reasonable time. This research has a scientific significance for the management of the complicated project.
