With the development of society, the producers pays more and more attention to the economic efficiency of enterprises.With an enterprise actual survey data, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative improvement of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, established the enterprise economic benefit evaluation index system, and the results of science. Firstly, combined with AHP method to get the weight of each level, and the consistency check, secondly, using fuzzy theory evaluation, finally draws the conclusion. The results show that, the model is scientific and reasonable, in business economic benefits evaluation have certain guiding significance.
