this paper studies mathematical model of airport’s at passenger flow within t time. The number of flights within t time is Poisson process with parameter , the number of passenger in each flight is a family of Independent random variables obeys same distribution, take airport ‘s passenger flow as a compound Poisson process，analysis the characteristics based on stochastic process, prove its incremental stability and independence.
