    摘要:

    给出了全转置矩阵和全转置正交矩阵的定义，从矩阵元素的结构上研究了全转置正交矩阵，给出了全转置正交矩阵的3个充分必要条件。

    Abstract:

    The definitions of the full-transposed matrix and full-transposed orthogonal matrix are given in this article. By studying the full-transposed orthogonal matrix from the aspect of elemental structure, several necessary and sufficient conditions of this type of matrix are given.
