本科毕业论文的质量高低，是检测高校人才培养质量高低的重要指标。指导老师在本科毕业生论文工作中担当着尤为重要的角色。从本科生毕业论文选题、文献查阅、实验方案设计、数据处理及论文撰写等各环节探讨指导老师的关键作用。

Abstract:

The quality of undergraduate graduation thesis is an important indicator to test the talemt cultivation quality of colleges and universities,and the tutors paly very important role in undergraduate graduation thesis work.This paper discusses the key role of the tutors in title seletion,literature search,experimental scheme design,data processing,thesis writing and so on for undergraduate graduation thesis work.
