In this paper,by means of Mawhin's continuation theorem,we study the existence of the operiodic solution for a kind of fourth-order p-Laplacian neutral functional differential equation with multiple delays:（φp（x(t)-cx(t-γ)）"）"=f(x(t))x'(t)+gi(t,x(t-τi(t,|x|∞,|x'|∞)))+e(t) and obtains the related conclusions on the existence of the periodic solution for this equation,our results are different from the previous literatures and the equation considered considered is more general so that the results have much more comprehensive meanings.
