According to the characteristics of power grid plan, fiscal benefit, technical economy, reliability, its effect on the environment and so on need to be comprehensively considered, as a result, combinational evaluation model is constructed based on information entropy principle and by using simple subjective and objective evaluation model such as hierarchy analytic evaluation, entropy evaluation and so on respectively, and then the results from simple model evaluation are comprehensively analyzed to ensure optimal control plan from the evaluation. Empirical research results show that the combinational evaluation model can effectively obtain the advantages of each evaluation model and promote the practicability of power grid plan selection and provide a new idea for the choosing and evaluating of power grid plan.
