    摘要:

    改变以往依靠经验、直觉或反复试模的模具设计方法,采用计算机辅助设计软件UG、数据转换软件CAD Doctor、有限元分析软件MoldFlow结合的方法进行注塑模优化设计;结果表明:通过对成型压力、填充时间、最大锁模力等指标测试,可知网格划分的疏密程度不能作为塑件分析标准度的标准依据;通过对注射过程中充填分析、冷却分析及翘曲分析模拟,得到了塑件的最佳的浇注系统和冷却系统设计参数,获取了气穴、熔接线、翘曲变形等分布特性,为优化模具结果设计提供了重要参考;最后通过实践证明,运用CAD/CAE技术创建的模具结构灵活可靠,产品质量满足使用要求,模具设计可供同行参考。

    Abstract:

    Different from the traditional mold design methods based on experience,intuition or repeared mold testing,this article conducts injection mold design optimizarion by a combination of the computer-aided design software UG,the data conversion software CAD Doctor and the limited element analytical software MoldFlow.By testing such indicators as formation pressure,injection time and maximum clamping force,this paper reveals that the density of grid division can ont serve as the standard for the accuracy of the plastic mold analysis,by simulating the filling,cooling and warping in the injection process,this paper obtains the optimal design parameters for casting and cooling systems and the distribution features of air pochets,weld lines and warpages ,etc,and provides improtant refernce for mold structural design optimization.Finally,this article proves in practice that the CAD/CAE techniology-based injection molds are flexible and reliable and able to meet quality requirements.The mold design procedures of this case can serve as reference for fraternity.
