This paper selects ten indexes to construct the index system, uses the Weaver-Thomas’s model and the qualitative analysis to select the Sichuan province’s strategic industries which play leading roles to the economic development of Sichuan province.Meanwhile, proposes suggestions about the development of Sichuan economic and industry.
