摘要:

针对目前公路工程评标过程中难以做到公正、合理、全面等问题,提出了应用序关系分析法的评标方法%结合某工程实例,应用序关系分析法计算出各投标文件的权重排序,从而科学地确定最佳标书,结果表明:评价方法计算简便,具有可操作性.
