This article provides a stochastic simulation support decision system based on EXCEL and VBA,and it makes the managers of the car rental companies choose a "satisfied" operation project from the dynamic choices.Next,we introduce the related method and techniques and hope to improve our analytical standards of quantitative decision-making.
