Abstract: This paper used the idea of mathematical model, based on the general p rocess of software p roject development, p resents a third2dimensional frame in software p roject development, builds up an op timization assign2 mentmodel for software p roject resource based on quality. The model used limited cost and time resource, and as2 signed in each stages of p rocess,which can make sofware quality op timization and give stakeholder quantified basis for p rogram and assign resource. At last, the paper used actual data to verify the correctness and validity in model.
