人才培养模式改革势在必行。广东海洋大学构建了科学、合理的人才培养模式。目前该校人才培养模式进行了以社会需求为主线,全校性的自上而下的宏观改革;根据各专业自身的特点和规律,专业性人才培养模式及途径的改革,以实现提高人才培养的质量和人才的竞争力的目标。
