摘要:

改革高等学校内部管理体制以适应高等学校办学规模扩大和教育事业发展的需要,是推动高等教育前进的必由之路。从校院系管理模式比较、校院系管理体制改革的目的思路、校院系管理体制中校院系的关系、改革中应遵循的原则和校院系管理体制下院系的设置等几个方面,进行了阐述与分析。
