科学问题是指在一定时代的科学认识主体,在当时的知识背景下提出的关于科学认识和科学实践中需要解决而尚未解决(且有可能解决)的矛盾或疑难。问题是科学研究的起点,在科学的研究中,解决问题固然是重要的,而提出重要的科学问题似乎更重要。
