概述了朋辈心理辅导的涵义和特点,分析了高校开展朋辈心理辅导的必要性,介绍了华南农业大学开展朋辈心理辅导的主要做法及其成效,对深入开展朋辈心理辅导提出了建议:对朋辈心理辅导应足够重视,提高朋辈心理辅导员的素质,构建"宿舍—班级—学院—学校"的朋辈心理辅导网络,发挥学生干部在朋辈心理辅导中的作用等等。
