摘要:

日本新农村运动及其人力资源开发状况给重庆农村人力资源开发带来启示。借鉴日本的经验,重庆可以从发展教育、建设农民组织、激发村民积极性、健全社会保障体系、加强基础设施建设和发挥政府作用这几个方面着手,进行农村人力资源开发。

Abstract:

Chongqing is now carrying out new rural reconstruction,which is huge system engineering but after all,Chongqing still is short of sufficient practical experience,therefore it is necessary to analyze the useful experience,study and draw foreign experiences
