摘要:

中国投资银行业是伴随着资本市场的发展而产生的,目前尚处于起步阶段,还存在不少问题。组建中国投资银行应该鼓励国内券商兼并重组并与国外投资银行合资成立现代投资银行,允许国内民间资本组建现代投资银行;发展中国投资银行业务应该集中在以下3个方面:巩固和发展各种证券承销和经纪业务,着力拓展企业并购等资产重组业务,积极参与风险投资支持中国高新技术产业的发展。经营管理上应该采取分业模式。
