要构建一种发展性的高职教育质量保障体系,必须以学校自我监控为评价依据,以学校的发展为保障的对象,根据变动着的社会需要来调整学校的发展目标,经常性地诊断学校在发展中的关键因素,持续地关注学校发展过程,不断完善学校的发展机制。
