    详细介绍影响财务管理目标的各种利益集团以及企业价值最大化的实现;通过分析影响财务管理方法的基本因素,认为企业应系统掌握财务管理方法,加强财务管理方法体系的完善;剖析了财务管理环境的主要内容,并对我国的财务管理环境进行了评价与展望。
