上海城管行政执法电子政务系统的设计需要解决的4个核心问题包括功能模型、信息模型、物理模型、通讯模型。首先对上海城管行政执法的现状进行了分析,然后以顶层设计理念为基础,设计了上海城管行政执法电子政务平台的总体框架及其具体内容。
