大学生体育锻炼现状调查分析

    摘要:

    对重庆市几所高校大学生体育锻炼的现状进行了调查,结果显示大学生初步形成了正确的体育锻炼意识,但参与体育锻炼的人数、次数偏低;锻炼方式以群体性为主,锻炼内容以球类为主,锻炼动机以增强体质为主;在参加体育锻炼次数、时间、内容、方式和动机等方面,男女生存在显著差异;在参加体育锻炼次数、动机,影响锻炼的主要因素以及参加体育锻炼的重要性认识方面高年级、低年级存在着显著差异。
