    介绍了PCR技术的发展过程、工作原理、反应要素、应用及质控条件,并对常见PCR技术问题进行了深入分析,同时也对新发展起来的PCR技术(荧光PCR、交转录PCR、原位PCR、单细胞PCR等)做了介绍,并提出了关健性的解决方法。
