分析多校区高校学生教育管理工作面临的新情况和新问题,总结多校区高校学生在思想认识和行为上的新表现和新特征,进而对多校区下学生管理工作模式进行探讨:不断更新思想观念,坚持以人为本,树立学生主体意识和服务意识;结合学生的实际需求,更新学生管理工作的内容;积极探索学生管理工作的新途径,创新学生管理工作。
