    摘要:

    分析当前大学生心理素质情况及主要影响因素,探讨对大学生进行心理健康教育的基本策略:开放心理健康教育课程;引导学生健全心理防御机制;在学生工作中要讲究心理艺术;进行心理调适,适时宣泄,自我控制。

    This paper analyzes the current conditions of mental health of college students and its main influential factors, discusses basic strategies for mental health education of college students, and points out that mental quality of college students influences
