摘要:

法律素质道德素质是现代公民必备的基本人文素质之一。依据中国公民人文素质调查项目,对中国西部6个省市(广西、四川、贵州、云南、重庆、西藏)的公务员群体共计797名对象的法律素质进行了比较全面的分析,结果表明:西部公务员群体的法律素质是比较好的;公检法公务员群体的法律素质高于行政公务员群体;西部公务员群体的法律素质水平高于西部全体公民。并对形成公务员法律素质状况的原因进行了分析,提出了加强公务员队伍法制教育的建议。
