翻译研究一直以原文作者、译者和翻译标准为重点,很少涉及译文读者。提出翻译实质上是不同语言之间的跨文化交际行为,译文读者作为译作最终的接受对象在翻译过程中占有特殊地位,译文读者的要求对翻译实践有着能动的指导作用。建议无论是翻译理论研究还是翻译实践,都把读者因素置于重要地位。
