摘要:

通过对"信用卡"含义在法律界和金融界的解释及其局限、差异及其争论的比较研究,提出法律对专业领域专有名词的解释应该同该专业领域及国际通用解释保持一致,法律意义上的信用卡应还原信用卡的本质,即不包括借记卡。
