摘要:

耕地整理潜力评价作为耕地整理的一项基础工作,目前缺乏统一的评价指标体系。从三峡重庆库区的实际出发,依据耕地整理目标和潜力评价的原则,指出了评价工作应从多指标综合考虑,提出了耕地潜力评价体系应包括增加耕地系数、耕地产出提高率、投入产出比、林地面积比重提高率等方面,以期在评价工作中做到社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益的统一。
