介绍了一种运用磁检测技术,对钢丝绳生产现场进行在线、高速、高精度测长的方法。深入分析了钢丝绳的剩磁特性,以及励磁磁隙、钢丝绳运动速度与检测精度之间的关系;对励磁模块、剩磁传感器和检测电路的设计以及数字滤波、漏检监测、误差计算等进行了详细说明。
