在项目评估中常常会产生许多不确定因素的影响,针对不确定性因素,对收益额、折现率、收益期确定值的影响度进行了分析,以提高收益法结论的可靠度,使收益法评估在对未来收益的预测时,建立在一个更科学合理的基础上。
