    摘要:

    报道了贯叶连翘总提取物作用于苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)7216并经光照和未光照处理后对该菌的抗菌作用。检测了提取物作用时，在12h的培养过程中7216的光密度(OD640nm)值、活菌数(CFU)及提取物最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值。结果表明提取物对7216有较强的抑菌和杀菌作用，且这两种作用与其浓度有关，但不需光照。
