提出了当代废弃物,尤其是城市垃圾的处理须遵循"三化"的方向,即废弃物处理无害化、资源化、环境化;探讨了相应的实施途径。

Abstract:

The ways to handle waste materials is to make them into harmless resources for environment protection, and implementation paths are discussed.
